This was a cake done for my son's 2nd birthday. One of my first 3 dimensional cakes that I attempted before I was a professional chef.

Coconut Cake

This was a cake requested for a surprise party. The lady loved pina colada and so I infused it into the cake and made it look like a coconut drink. I placed the bottle next to it to make it look like you could actually pour a drink inside the cake.

Castle Cakes

My daughter loves being a princess. The last two years I  have done castle cakes for her birthday.

Shark Cake

This was a cake I created a year ago for a client.

They were having a party at the aquarium and wanted a shark. This is what I came up with.
