Frozen Themed Cakes

Disney's Frozen has been a huge success in the marketing world. I have had 2 cakes as of recent that both are different but have request frozen. One was a dress cake with cupcakes and the other was a 3 tier cake with figures. Cake 1 was made out of vanilla cake with blue color added to the inside to make it a blue cake. Butter cream frosting

Cake 2 was a combination of chocolate and vanilla cake with vanilla butter cream frosting and air brushing for decoration. In addition, there was chocolate molded snowflakes added to the outside of the cake.

looking for new business

While I am here in Wisconsin, I am looking to take on more business. I would like to make a go at actually having one cake a week  or some event a week. At this time I can only do small events of 20 people or less. But I would love to create treats, pastries or confections for your event.  Help me to grow my customer base.

New Flyers

I have been working on making new flyers for the area that I am now in. Bit of a challenge on creating new ones. There are two grocery store bakeries here but their quality isn't what a specialty bakery should be. They are ok for being a grocery store.  Trying to come up with a good marketing plan. I don't want to push too much because of working to build a new bakery here and getting all the paper work done. Well on with all the research

Cup Cake Party

Since we have moved to Wisconsin. The new thought is to do a dessert party. I am looking for feed back.

The idea is that a small package for 10-12 kids. It travels to them. Cupcake and sugar cookie that they can decorate. I would provide a 1/4 sheet cake already decorated and a small goodie bag of candy.

I would have a few adoptable options like a large chocolate chip cookie as a cake instead of the sheet cake. There would be four different custom options.

I know this area has no bakery or anything like this, its an opportunity. Just getting the pricing right so that I am making a profit and not so over priced that no one wants to buy  the deal..

Holiday Basket

I have started creating baskets for sale. All items in the baskets are hand made by me. They range from chocolates, to mug cake mixes, to steak rubs and more. I will add fresh bread for an extra charge. Since I would have to ship some of them they would be quick breads like pumpkin bread and such. Pick up orders are able to have more of a variety of fresh bread options. I am including the jellies in the baskets as well..


I am starting the price at $25.

Combination Disney Cake

This client had asked me to create a cake that had Ariel, Doc Mc Stuffins, and Mickey Mouse.

The cake was a three layer combination of yellow cake and chocolate cake. She wanted enough room so that she could put little figures on each level that she had bought.

Winter Chocolate Suckers

I have been working hard this year to make more items to put out. I am hoping to make baskets this season and have them assembled in time for christmas.

But I have been able to create these cute little suckers that are great for stocking stuffing or any kind of gift.
